2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (delivery times may vary based on location).
    • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
    • Free standard shipping for orders over $99 and over . 

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

4. Shipping Partners

  • Our primary shipping partners include Australia Post, and other trusted courier services.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or delays with the shipping carrier may cause slight delays. Jolly Jumper is not responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at Jolly@fitnesswise.com.au as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Jolly Jumper is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Jolly Jumper is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an error in the shipping address is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately at Jolly@fitnesswise.com.au with your order number and updated details.
